Super thrilled that Rhiannon at Ivory Owl Reviews has posted her review of Triumph. I love that she is a huge Margaret Atwood fan. As a semi-sorta Canadian myself, I have stood in a line to ask Ms. Atwood to sign every books of hers I own (I lugged all 8 to the Canadian Institute of Paris where she gave a talk with the late, wonderful, fellow-Canadian Mavis Gallant).

I asked Ms. Atwood an awkward question, something like, “What advice would you have for aspiring authors? My mum is Canadian.” Yes, very awkward. Just gushing all over the little table that separated us. MA looked me straight in the eye and muttered, “Where would I start?” or some such obvious answer. Such clumsy fandom. But I’ve been a fan of hers since reading A Handmaid’s Tale when I was 12.

Anyway, I cherish her scrawled signature and I’m cherishing this review from Ivory Owl.
